4. Prices

5. Orders and Contract Formation

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

16. Jewellery Care Instructions
Our jewellery is delicate and must be handled with care.
To preserve the quality and finish of your pieces:

- Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising
- Store pieces separately in a dry place
- Avoid impact or bending
Gold-plated and silver-plated jewellery will naturally wear over time depending on usage and care. This is normal and not considered a manufacturing defect.
Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or chemical exposure is not covered under warranty.
17. Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery
Custom or made-to-order jewellery is created specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except in cases of manufacturing defect.
Natural gemstones, pearls, and handmade elements may vary in:
- colour
- size
- shape
- texture
These variations are part of the character of natural materials and do not constitute defects.
Estimated production times are approximate and may vary.
18. International Shipping
We ship internationally where available.
Customers outside the European Union are responsible for:
- import taxes
- customs duties
- handling fees
- local VAT or sales taxes
These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not included in our prices.
We are not responsible for customs delays or refused shipments due to unpaid fees.
If a package is returned because duties were refused, we may deduct shipping and administrative costs from your refund.

Gift cards:

- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Must be used before the expiration date (if applicable)
Promotions and discount codes:
- Cannot be combined unless stated
- Have no cash value
