Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable when the package is returned for the following reasons:
1. The address provided by the buyer is incorrect.
2. The package is returned unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
We can reship your order once we have received it back. We will send a message to confirm shipping address, and the buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.
